What shipping options do you offer?

Within Belgium, we ship via bPost. The small items are sent in an envelope (one of those with studs), the larger items obviously in a box. Depending on the content of your order, the shipping cost will be adjusted automatically.

To the Netherlands, we ship with either PostNL or DPD.

To France, Germany and Luxembourg, we ship with DPD.

Free shipping

We ship your order for free within Belgium from €50 value in your shopping cart. To do so, select the “Free Shipping” option during the ordering process.

Outside Belgium we ship for free from €75 in the shopping cart.

Can I also pick up my order?

Yes, by appointment you can come pick up your order. Our address: Verdaelstraat 16 in Geetbets.

Do you provide a tracking code?

A tracking code is only possible for shipments through a package, and therefore not through an envelope. Shipments to the Netherlands will also always have a tracking code. As soon as the shipping label is created, we will automatically send the tracking code to you. This way you can easily track your package.
