A look back at the past year...
2023, what a special year you were!
We got to make a great many orders — we grew by no less than 200%. That growth brought quite a few challenges with it.
Since our workshop is based at home, separating work and private life was one of the hardest things. We decided to stop finishing orders on Friday evenings, and on Saturdays we took our bikes out to clear our heads.
Halfway through the year, we decided it was time to look for our first employee — and we found one. Meanwhile, we have around 450 products in our range.

We expect our newcomer, the personalised folding ruler, to enter this top 5 in the coming year.
Logistic Champion Award
Meanwhile, we were nominated for the Belgian E-commerce Awards. We were invited to enjoy an evening of glitter and glamour. There we were seated among some big names such as AS Adventure, Smartphoto.be and Mamzel. Great was our surprise when we were announced as the winner of the Logistic Champion Award 2023 - Category Small. Thanks to our fast delivery and low shipping costs, we scored the maximum points in this category.

Of course we want to thank you, our customers. Without your purchases and feedback, we would never be where we are today. Throughout the year we maintained a stable rating of 4.8/5 on Trustpilot. That means we received a lot of five-star reviews!
Last year we also got to work with the numbers — lots of numbers. Because we want Nice Little Things to keep growing, beyond our national borders. We submitted our export plan to Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT) and, right at the end of 2023, received the good news that our subsidy application had been approved. A lovely Christmas present from the Flemish government.
Finally, a quick look ahead to 2024…
The new year doesn't just bring our expansion to the neighbouring countries. We will also be adding new products to our range with the help of a UV printer. Furthermore, we'll try to bring your ideas to life even better through co-creation: a design studio where you can get to work on realising your own designs.
Because we want to reduce our ecological footprint, in 2024 we will be adding pickup points to our delivery options. That way, you choose where and when to collect your parcel. In short, we're going for an even better website experience.
