How free shipping works on your order

Nothing as annoying as being surprised by high shipping costs at the end of your order. That's why we keep it simple and transparent: low shipping costs, and completely free above a threshold amount. Here's how it works.

When is shipping free?

As soon as your basket reaches the threshold amount for your country, the shipping cost automatically disappears — you see it right away in your basket, including how much you still need to add to get there. Handy as an excuse to order that extra little gift for yourself after all.

Ordered before 6 pm, shipped tomorrow

Personalised doesn't mean slow with us. We make every item in our workshop in Geetbets, and orders that come in before 6 pm ship the very next working day. That fast delivery and those low shipping costs even earned us the Logistic Champion Award at the Belgian E-Commerce Awards.

You choose where your parcel arrives

Home delivery is standard, but you can also have your order delivered to a pickup point near you. That way you collect your parcel whenever it suits you — and it's better for the environment too, because the courier only needs one delivery attempt. After shipping, you follow everything closely with track & trace.

Insured right up to your doorstep
